Abstractify ("the App") is developed by Bennett Waisbren ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

Photos You Process

When you use Abstractify to transform a photo:

• Your photo is temporarily sent to our cloud processing servers to generate the abstract artwork
• Photos are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers
• Processed images are returned to your device and then deleted from server memory
• We do not retain, view, or access your photos after processing is complete

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require account creation or login
• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
• We do not collect device identifiers or advertising IDs
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not share any data with third parties for marketing purposes

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to Abstractify Premium:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store
• We do not receive or store your payment details
• We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple

Locally Stored Data

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Generated images you save to your library
• App preferences (dark mode setting, etc.)
• Subscription status cache (for offline access)

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share or export it.

How We Use Information

Your photos are used solely to generate the abstract artwork you requested and display the result on your device.

We do not use your photos or any other information for training AI models, marketing, advertising, sharing with third parties, or any purpose other than providing the transformation service.

Data Security

• All data transmitted between your device and our processing servers uses HTTPS encryption
• Photos are processed in isolated containers and deleted immediately after processing
• We do not maintain databases of user content

Children's Privacy

Abstractify does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The App is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content.

Third-Party Services

Cloud Processing: We use cloud infrastructure to process image transformations. Photos are processed only as necessary to perform the transformation and are not retained.

Apple App Store: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles payment data.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect or store personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Your generated images are stored only on your device and can be deleted at any time through the App or your device settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
